Module 1 - Introduction: Framing the Clinical Encounter

This module is an introduction to person-centered care, the need for change in audiological practice, and the effect of person-centered care on audiological outcomes. The module also introduces the Encounter Model and sets up the rationale and infrastructure for the course.
