An appreciative approach
The Change Guide is based on an appreciative approach, which differs from more traditional approaches to change management.
In traditional approaches, change is seen as a challenge that needs to be overcome in order to get on with “business as usual.” In an appreciative approach, change is considered a continuous learning process based on interactions – big and small − with your colleagues and clients.
