Ida Institute Managing Director, Lise Lotte Bundesen, presented the Ida Institute's Living Well counseling tool at the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) Congress held in Nottingham, United Kingdom from 18-19 May.

Over 200 BSHAA members attended Bundesen's lecture on the Living Well tool. Attendees learned how the tool can help audiologists better understand the patient's perspective of hearing loss in daily life.

"I was very impressed with the amount of good questions and comments we received at the BSHAA Congress," stated Lise Lotte Bundesen. "The BSHAA community was eager to learn more about the Living Well tool and to find different ways to better understand the patient's story about their hearing loss and incorporate their story into the treatment process."

BSHAA represents and promotes the interests of independent hearing aid professionals within Great Britain, Northern Ireland and throughout the world. The society seeks to develop high professional and commercial standards and provides facilities for study, practice and continuing professional development.
