New and improved Ida Institute Learning Hall: Important information
At the Ida Institute, we are upgrading our Learning Hall in March 2022, giving you access to great new features.
The upgrade will take place on March 14-16 and you will be unable to access the Learning Hall during this time.
What will change in the new Learning Hall?
You will no longer have the option to purchase badges for completed courses. Instead, whenever you complete a course, you will automatically receive a personalized Ida Institute certificate, free and direct to your inbox.
In the new Learning Hall, you’ll be able to tailor-make your own learning experience, guided by us, and check out how your progress ranks among our 13,000+ learners.
How you log in to the Learning Hall will change. Read more about this below.
All the same courses will be available, with new courses also arriving in the coming months.
What about the courses I’ve completed in the current Learning Hall?
The Learning Hall will be unavailable from March 14-16 and you will be unable to access course content during these three days. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause you.
Due to the upgrade, your course progress and profile will be reset: course progress and course completions will not be transferred.
Therefore, if you are currently partway through a course or plan to start one, please make sure you have completed the course by March 11. And if you wish to claim a badge from a completed course you, make sure you do so by March 11.
You will still be able to access and share all your claimed badges in your Credly account after the upgrade.
What if I’m Inspired by Ida?
The above changes will also apply to Inspired by Ida. Active members will keep their current status and receive an updated, permanent badge through Credly later this week. If you have questions about the process, please contact us at contact@idainstitute.dk.
In the new Learning Hall, Inspired by Ida will no longer require renewal. We will instead share suggestions for relevant training content.
How will I log in to the new Learning Hall?
You will log in to the new Learning Hall using your email address and a new password.
On March 16 or 17 , you will receive an email from iSpring Learn, inviting you to create that new password. Then follow these steps:
- Click on the link that invites you to set a password.
- Enter the password you would like to use (twice), then click Save Changes.
- Read the privacy notice and click "Accept". You will then be inside the new Ida Learning Hall.

Remember: Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see the email in your inbox.
Once you have created your password, you can access the new Learning Hall at any time by clicking "Learning Hall" in the top menu on this website, or directly at this link:
https://learninghall.idainstitute.com/
You will then log in using your email address and the new password you have created.
Key dates
February 23-24: Inspired by Ida members will receive an updated badge through Credly. Check your spam folder if you can’t see the email in your inbox.
Early March: You will receive another email from us with information about how to log in to the new Learning Hall.
March 11: This is the final deadline for completing courses in the current Learning Hall and claiming badges from Credly.
March 14-16: The current Learning Hall will be unavailable while the upgrade takes place.
March 17: The new and improved Ida Learning Hall will become available.
