New Faces at Ida

By Amanda Farah Cox

The Ida Institute is pleased to announce the arrival of two new staff members. Anne Mette Jeppesen and Amanda Farah Cox have both joined the Ida team in the last month.

Anne Mette is joining us as a Project Manager and Audiologist. She will work on the development and launches of tools. She will also be involved in training seminars and workshops, as well as facilitating our Vision 2020 process. Prior to joining Ida, she was a project manager at a large hearing aid company for more than seven years, where she was an expert in tinnitus and worked on the creation of clinical tools. Anne Mette completed her Master of Arts in Audiology and Speech Pathology at the University of Copenhagen, where she did her thesis in cochlear implants.

Amanda is the Ida Institute’s new web editor, taking over from Timothy Cooke. She will be overseeing Ida’s editorial content, as well as managing the Forum and social media accounts. Amanda has worked in web editorial for eight years. Before joining Ida, she worked as a freelance writer and editor for various magazines, websites, and newspapers in the United States and United Kingdom. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sociology from New York University.
