Ida Announces New Advisory Board

The Ida Institute is pleased to announce the latest incarnation of our Advisory Board. The new Advisory Board, which meets for two-year fixed terms, will welcome David A. Zapala, PhD.

David brings broad insights to the Advisory Board from his role as an associate professor of audiology at the College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic Foundation; to his position as a senior consultant in otorhinolaryngology and the chair of the Audiology Division at the Mayo Clinic Florida; to his research in vestibular and balance disorders. He has also served on the American Board of Audiology, the American Academy of Audiology Board of Directors, and the National Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine Committee on the Accessibility and Affordability of Hearing Healthcare.
