Part 1
1. The Communication Rings can help you prioritize the people with whom you talk.
2. The Communication Rings consist of four circles:
- The center represents you
- Circle no. 1: The next inner circle shows the most important people in your social network – those you spend a lot of time with or feel particularly close to.
- Circle no. 2: The middle circle shows other people who are still very important to you but are not as close or important as the people in the inner circle.
- Circle no. 3: The outer circle is for those individuals who are less important but present on a regular basis in your life.
3. Please select the people you wish to include in your social network, and drag and drop them into the circles where you feel they belong. You may also create your own "post-it notes" with people who you think are relevant.
Part 2
1. Complete the statements you wish to include.
2. Download the session and save it to your computer.
3. You may also send the pdf to your audiologist before your appointment.
