The Circle

The Circle is a framework that you can use to get a sense of how ready a client is to change their behavior. It outlines seven stages that a person goes through when they are in the process of making a change. 

By providing a better understanding of where the client is in this process, the Circle can help you determine how ready they are to receive different types of information. Using the framework can help you adjust your recommendations and counseling techniques for each client.
